1. The service
OctaSpote provides an AI workforce platform: coordinated AI agents that operate on channels you connect, under your supervision, within your workspace.
2. Account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for authorizing who can access it.
3. Free trial & payments
New workspaces receive a 7-day free trial without a credit card. After the trial, a subscription applies and is billed per the plan you select. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use OctaSpote to send spam, deceive people, break laws, infringe rights, or operate agents in ways that harm third parties. You are responsible for the content and campaigns your AI workforce produces.
5. AI output
AI output may occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for supervising your AI employees and for the final published output. OctaSpote works continuously to improve quality, but does not guarantee specific results.
6. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your business content. OctaSpote and its AI workforce platform — the software, the agents and the brand — remain our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you connect. OctaSpote processes it solely to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where possible.
9. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctaSpote's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Launch-period customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if the service did not meet expectations.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product and via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Amman.
